You, as a friend of Kurt, Paula, and Gavin, have received this email because you are on a list that I have been asked to compile and maintain.
The purpose of the list is to have a single source of information for all involved/interested.

This e-mail serves two purposes:

1. I can check each email address to see if it appears to be working
2. If you do not want to receive any further updates or info, you can reply and say so, and your name will be removed.

Furthermore, I intend, in a follow-up email to be sent about 24 hours from now, to publish the list of all members on the list so that you all can check to see if anybody should be on the list and is not. This is the only way in which I can gather more addresses, if necessary, efficiently. The downside is that everybody's email address will be exposed to this group.

If you wish to receive information, but do not want your email visible to others, let me know within 24 hours.

I understand that 24 hours is not much time, but we do need to get the full list up and running ASAP so that everybody can be properly informed when news arrives.
