The station is powered by a Ambient WS-1400-IP weather station.
This site and its data is collected using Meteobridge.
The station has the following sensors: anemometer, a rain gauge, UV sensor, Solar sensor, and a thermo-hygro sensor situated in optimal positions for highest accuracy possible.
Pressure, indoor temperature and indoor relative humidity are obtained from an indoor sensor.
The data is collected every 14 seconds (approximately) by the ObserverIP module, and is read out by MeteoBridge every 5 seconds (causing some consecutive samples to be duplicates). This site is updated every 15 seconds with live data and every minute with averaged and cumulative data.
The weather station uploads data to the NWS MADIS system through the CWOP program, approximately every 5 minutes. The MADIS service performs a continuous quality monitoring of the submitted data. The resulting quality data then contributes to the NWS input for weather modelling etc.
The station also shares its data with http://wunderground.com under the identifier KCAMOUNT75. Data there is uploaded every 10 seconds.
